SULFURTRAP* HYDROGEN SULFIDE "H2S" SCAVENGER:
SULFURTRAP* is a patented, environmentally non-hazardous, hydrogen sulfide scavenger, H2S removal media specifically designed for the treatment of liquid and gaseous streams using a simple fixed bed, batch process. SULFURTRAP* offers consistent pressure-drop, operates over a broad temperature and pressure range, gives excellent sulfur loading capacity and long bed life. SULFURTRAP* is safe and easy to use and does not cake and/or agglomerate during bed changeout which saves time and labor. Computer generated process and pressure drop information ensures SULFURTRAP will fit your qpplication requirements.

SULFURTRAP* PROCESS:
In a typical configuration, SULFURTRAP* can be loaded into a vertical vessel or used in a lead-lag vessel configuration whereby gas or vapor flows through the bed. The sulfur compounds in the gas or vapor feed chemically react with SULFURTRAP* and absorb or become trapped within the particle. The byproduct of this chemical reaction is both safe and stable. Spectrol microscopic studies have shown that sulfur is absorbed to the core of the particle and exhibits no "shell" or "skin" effect on the outside of the particle. Under certain operating conditions, SULFURTRAP* has shown >30%* sulfur loading capacity by weight (Sulfur Analysis by GTI).
