SULFURTRAP is a non-hazardous, solid media used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and light mercaptans from gas and liquid hydrocarbon streams in batch processing applications. SULFURTRAP is an economical and predictable fixed bed process that eliminates foaming and carryover associated with liquid scavenger systems.

SULFURTRAP offers consistent pressure-drop, excellent sulfur loading capacity, operates over a wide range of process conditions and is safe and easy to use. SULFURTRAP is uinque in that it does not clump or fuse together during use which eliminates excessive backpressure and drastically reduces the time and cost of media replacement.
