PERCO®

Mercaptan Conversion Catalyst

PERCO® is a catalytic sweetening process used to convert Mercaptan sulfur compounds in liquid hydrocarbon products to non-corrosive and odorless Disulfides. The PERCO® conversion process will enable liquid hydrocarbon product(s) to meet product and pipeline specifications such as copper strip test, negative doctor test or low mercaptan sulfur (ppm).  PERCO® essentially eliminates all Mercaptan sulfur induced corrosivity and improves odor on all stocks.

SULFURTRAP*

Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Scavenger

SULFURTRAP is a non-hazardous, solid material used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and light mercaptans from gas and liquid hydrocarbon streams in batch processing applications. SULFURTRAP is an economical and predictable fixed bed process that eliminates foaming and carryover associated with liquid scavenger systems.
