CP-250 W is a an economic, VOC compliant, water-based, water repellent.  CP-250 W can be applied to new or existing concrete, block, brick, adobe, limestone, granite, sandstone, terra cotta, stuccos & mortar.  For use on vertical surfaces only. (5% Solids)

CP-500 W

CP-500 W is a spec grade high performance water-based water repellent which contains a proprietary mixture of modified silane/siloxane. CP-500 W can be applied to new or existing concrete, block, brick, adobe, limestone, granite, sandstone, terra cotta, stuccos & mortar. CP-500 W can be used on most, above-grade horizontal and vertical masonry surfaces. CP-500 W is environmentally non-hazardous and VOC compliant. (10% Solids)

CP-500 Premium

CP-500 Premium is a spec grade heavy-duty clear, penetrating water repellent. containing a solution of siloxane(s) reduced in solvents. CP-500 Premium is a siloxane solution reduced in solvent for use on: concrete, precast, adobe, brick, stone, ceramic tile, stucco, masonry and mortar to protect against water damage. Can be used on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. (10% Solids)

SW-244

SW-244 is a DOT grade heavy-duty siloxane based clear, penetrating water repellent containing a high solution of siloxane reduced in solvents. For use on concrete structures such as. roads, bridges, parking garages. (16% Solids)

SW-244-20 C

SW 244-20 C is economical clear, penetrating water repellent containing a 20% solution of silane reduced in alcohols. For use on exterior above-grade concrete (precasts, cast-in -place, CMU), brick masonry, and some natural stones from the damage caused by water penetration. Overspray is a non-issue as SW-244-20 C will not a leave a residue on non-porous materials such as glass, metal or other adjacent surfaces. (20% Solids)

SW-244-40 VOC

SW 244-40 VOC is a DOT grade clear, penetrating water repellent containing a 40% solution of silane reduced in alcohols. For use on exterior above-grade concrete (precasts, cast-in -place, CMU), brick masonry, and some natural stones. SW 244-40 VOC has been used successfully on many DOT highway and bridge projects as well as new commercial construction. SW 244-40 VOC contains <600 g/L VOC. Lower VOC formulations available upon request. (40% Solids)

SW-244-100

SW-244-100 is a 100% active silane based clear, penetrating water repellent. It chemically reacts with the substrate to produce a long-lasting water repellent effect. Anti-Graffiti & Stain Resistant Treatments:

STAINGUARD-WB ANTI-GRAFFITI

STAINGUARD-WB is a water-based VOC compliant, water, oil and graffiti resistant treatment for concrete, porous tile, paving, grout, some natural stone and other building materials. STAINGUARD-WB is an excellent treatment around areas where food products such as mustard, ketchup, grease, milk, wine, beer and soft drinks are present. It is also suitable for use as an anti-graffiti treatment. STAINGUARD-WB keeps treated indoor and outdoor surfaces clean and easier to maintain. (10% Solids)

CP-GRAFFITI & WATER REPELLENT

CP-Graffiti & Water Repellent is a proprietary, sacrificial anti-graffiti water repellent for the protection of buildings, parking garages, bridges and many other architectural structures from graffiti damage. CP-Graffiti & Water Repellent can withstand multiple tags and washings before re-treatment is necessary. (20% Solids)
